My story

Hi, I’m Floris, I am a photographer with a passion for nature, sports, and wildlife photography.

My journey into photography started when I was younger. My interest first started because of my dad, whenever we were on holiday, he would have a camera with him. From time to time I would ask if I could take a few photos here and there. Trying it out, I remember that I liked it. Looking for unusual perspectives, details in our beautiful world, or simply just to show others how pristine life and our surroundings actually are. Later, my grandfather, an award-winning photographer who won multiple photography awards, sadly wasn’t able to take photos anymore and gifted his camera equipment to me. From there on, my adventure with my own camera started.

Today, I focus on capturing moments in nature, wildlife, and sports. From quiet landscapes and wild animals to fast-moving action and outdoor adventures, all over the world. I’m always searching for images that create an emotion.

For me, photography is more than just taking photos, it’s a way to connect with the world, preserve experiences, and share perspectives that might otherwise go unnoticed.
